Farallon begins taking reservations for Holiday bookings three months in advance of holidays, with menus posted one month before the event. Please contact our reservations department between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM daily with any additional questions regarding holiday service.
Farallon is closed on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

The holiday calendar at 450 Post Street
New Year's Eve
Historically one of the biggest nights of the Farallon year, served as a special holiday menu in the Pool Room and the Jellyfish Lounge. The menu is posted about a month out; reservations open three months ahead and fill quickly.
Valentine's Day
The Jellyfish Lounge is the room most couples ask for, so book early if you want a banquette rather than a table on the floor.
December parties
The private dining floor books out earliest of anything at Farallon. If you are planning a December company party for anywhere between 16 and 250 guests, start the conversation in September. See private dining.
Closures
Farallon is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day — plus Sundays and Mondays year round for special events.
