The Sevruga Room, the smallest of the three, seats up to 16 guests in a cozy atmosphere. This room is complete with a hand-blown glass aquarium, candlelit fireplace and a wine library.

Sixteen is the number at which a dinner can still be one conversation. Sevruga is sized for exactly that — a single table, a fire going, and walls of bottles close enough that the sommelier can pull something mid-course.

How many people fit in the Sevruga Room?
Up to 16 guests, seated. For 32 see the Osetra Room; for 96 see the Beluga Room.
Is the fireplace real?
The room is complete with a hand-blown glass aquarium, candlelit fireplace and a wine library — it is the most enclosed and the warmest of the three rooms.
Can we choose wine from the library?
Yes. The wine library is part of the room, and the sommelier will build pairings against whatever menu you settle on.
