Waterbar Oysterfest
When: Sun, August 20, 2017 from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
An afternoon of oysters on the Embarcadero, with Farallon among the participating restaurants shucking alongside Bay Area growers and seafood kitchens.
Why we go
Oysterfest gathers the growers Farallon buys from all year in one place — the same beds that supply the raw bar at 450 Post Street. If you have ever wanted to taste Barron Point against Point Reyes Miyagi against Walker Creek side by side, this is the afternoon to do it.
